The Mark of a Mom

Historically I've avoided wearing white in general as I'm not the neatest creature but since I've had kids I've thought there'd be a huge opportunity for clothing with mottled patterns to hide the stains of parenthood - spit up, throw up, clothing as kid's napkins, clothing as kid's tissues (why does my son insist on wiping his nose on my pants?!), etc. Which brings me to this submission via a friend of a friend:

Never thought I would be googling "how to remove chocolate vomit stains from carpet". As you can see, I had a pleasant evening.

What's The Opposite of Fever?

After my son spiked a fever of 104, the fever abated rapidly thanks to Ibuprofen. Almost too much as I then felt compelled to Google "Low + Temperature + Infant -hypothermia"

Hives Freak Me Out More Than My Son

Today I Googled "Ear Infection + Hives" after my son was diagnosed with hives that resulted from his double ear infection. Had no idea a viral infection could manifest in disgusting red welts.
